The Qukes-Qafe Plloca road project in the southeastern part of the country, with a final cost of Dollar 240 million, is nearing completion. According to the Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH), the inauguration of the road is expected to take place in October 2025, after more than a decade of work and several delays.
