Korça Prosecution Office has concluded its investigations and has sent to trial the citizen Bledar Duro, accused of the criminal offense of “Sexual Harassment” against minors, as stipulated in Article 108/a/2 of the Criminal Code.Investigations into criminal case no. 1449/2024 revealed that the incident occurred in November 2024, when the parents of two students, identified by the initials I.B. and A.K., reported to the police a series of sexually explicit messages sent by the teacher via the WhatsApp application.
